This course is a compulsory course for first-year undergraduate students in Qinxin Honor College, intended for students majoring in engineering who need basic understanding of the engineering fundamentals. This course is a beginner course that brings students into engineering field as a basis for understanding the code of conduct for engineers, daily communication, teamwork, methods of thinking about problems, document processing, chart creation, and the basics of programming. It introduces examples from different academic disciplines, focusing on how to solve real-world problems, laying the foundation for further study in the field of engineering and other engineering courses.
